YDT released truck express transit data for March–November 2023: all-lane average pickup held at 16.1 days, with the Europe lane averaging 15.66 days and the UK lane 16.62 days, while the fastest trip achieved 11-day pickup.
This data covers different seasons and port conditions across the year. Speed held steady thanks to three things: self-operated booking to hold space, Xinjiang bonded warehouse finishing trailer swap and document pre-review in advance, and long-term cooperation with four ports (Khorgos, Alashankou, Baketu, Jimunai) as backup channels.
By lane
| Lane | Average pickup | Fastest trip |
|---|---|---|
| Europe lane (China–Europe) | 15.66 days | 11 days |
| UK lane (China–UK) | 16.62 days | 11 days |
| All-lane average | 16.1 days | 11 days |
The Europe lane is about 1 day faster than the UK lane, the gap mainly from the last mile — the China–UK line crosses the English Channel by ferry, whose timing depends on sailing schedules with a fixed waiting cost.
The 16.1-day figure is among the best in YDT's historical performance. It proves that in years with normal border conditions, China→Europe truck express speed can be held stably within 17 days.
